Mr. Wexler graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1988, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He received his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 1991, where he was a Note Editor on the Public Interest Law Journal and a member of the Stephen Kaufman National Security Law Moot Court Team. Mr. Wexler is admitted to practice law in the state courts of New York and Connecticut and the Federal District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of Colorado.

Fred G. Wexler

Mr. Wexler has diverse experience as a litigator. He handles aviation-related matters where he has been involved in numerous complex product liability and personal injury actions. He also handles cases arising from construction site, elevator and maritime accidents. Additionally, Mr. Wexler has litigated a number of cases under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act where he has represented foreign governments and its agencies and instrumentalities.
