Frank J. Rubino, Jr. graduated from Binghamton University in 1995, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in both philosophy and philosophy of politics and law. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 1999 where he served as an editor of the Law Review. Mr. Rubino is admitted to practice law in New York and is also a member of the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Rubino handles various corporate matters as well as litigation in the fields of maritime, insurance coverage, aviation and liability defense.
