International

As a result of our extensive experience in handling international transportation and commercial matters, we have developed a substantial international practice. This practice includes representing foreign corporations and several foreign governments and their instrumentalities. Members of the firm have developed particular experience in connection with the U.S. Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
