Mr. Hourican is a graduate of St. John's University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Thereafter he attended New York Law School where he was awarded his Juris Doctor degree in 1988. Mr. Hourican is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as the Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits.

Timothy G. Hourican
Mr. Hourican extensive experience litigating insurance matters specializes in litigating insurance coverage matters at the primary and excess levels, with a particular emphasis on marine and general liability insurance issues. His practice also focuses upon the defense of forwarders and truckers for their legal liabilities, and the arbitration of maritime and non-maritime commercial matters. Mr. Hourican is an accomplished trial attorney, who has obtained numerous successful verdicts in such areas as marine insurance and personal injury defense. He has also successfully argued appeals before the intermediate appellate courts of New York and New Jersey and the Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuit.

Mr. Hourican's memberships include the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
